FROM CONCEPT TO DESIGN:
| We listen, we assess your needs, we consult, and we utilize our design expertise to create a unique solution just for you. One of our experienced designers will meet with you to discuss your project and gain a detailed understanding of your goals. Utilizing our professional CAD (computer aided design) program, your vision is then crafted into a design that maximizes your available storage space and beautifully complements your home. A typical job will include an in-home design consultation followed by a secondary meeting in one of our showrooms to review designs. During this visit design details are finalized and decorative appointments and accessories are selected. Our process is crafted to help you visualize exactly the custom furniture design as it will be installed in your home, and our showroom displays are filled with our innovative product features and accessories. |

REALIZATION OF YOUR DREAM:
| Congratulations! You have approved your design and contract proposal. Our installation manager will be contacting you shortly to schedule your installation date(s). Once a date has been set you will receive an email or written confirmation together with a list of installation instructions. Engineered drawings will be completed, specialty materials ordered, and your job will be sent to our state of the art woodworking shop. On the date of your installation, our licensed and insured installers will arrive promptly at your home. The installers will lay down tarps in work areas, cover shoes when appropriate, and vacuum up their workspace when complete. Your custom designed, expertly crafted, and skillfully installed new storage solution is ready to enhance your life. |
