The quickest way to get started is to submit a “Request for a Consultation” form on our website and a member of our Valet team will promptly respond to you. You can also call us at 800-370-1041 or visit one of our two showrooms in Campbell or Danville.

What is your process?

A typical job will include an in-home consultation followed by a secondary meeting in one of our showrooms to review CAD (computer-aided design) drawings. During this visit, details are finalized and decorative features and accessories are selected. Upon receipt of an order your installation date is set and the job is moved on to engineering and production.

How much experience do your designers have?

Valet designers have an average of 14 years industry experience – 4 times the national average. All of our designers are trained in CAD (computer-aided design) to help you better visualize your project and eliminate confusion and misunderstandings associated with hand drawings. What happens when my project is ready to be installed?

We commit to a specific installation date(s) and have a 96.6 % On Time delivery record. Installation dates are then confirmed via email and you will also receive a reminder call the day prior to your installation.

Are you a franchise or licensed re-seller?

No. We are a locally owned and independent company. We are not burdened with franchise fees. We are not locked in to materials and styles determined by corporate franchises or national re-sellers. Our customers benefit from our flexibility and ability to quickly respond to the latest trends in style.

Can you let me know how much my project will cost?

Every project is unique and based on the specific space and needs of our customers. While it is difficult to provide realistic price estimates over the phone, we can give you a good expectation after a short visit in one of our showrooms. Each showroom has full size comprehensive displays that are priced out to help customers become educated with the cost for our products. Upon gaining an understanding of what you would like to accomplish along with your tastes in materials and style, we can give you a fairly accurate price range. Our designers are most qualified to answer these questions. If you call in advance of your visit we will make every attempt to have a designer available to meet with you.

How much does a wall bed cost?

Prices start at $3,200 for our most popular size Queen wall bed. This price includes delivery, installation, all applicable taxes on materials, and a $650 retail value mattress. Optional features such as side cabinets, decorative fronts and reading lights can be added.  A small delivery surcharge applies for installations more than 50 miles from our manufacturing facility.
