We recently had Valet install a new office. Jerry Archer was our consultant. He is very through and did a great job. He listened to our needs, offered suggestions and graciously adapted to our schedule. Our installation went smoothly. Our installers Mark & Zoltan were kind, efficient and neat. We are very pleased with the results and have already recommended Valet to other friends. We look forward to working with Jerry on another project soon.

I was very happy with Valet. I had a hard time deciding to go ahead and let professionals make sense of my closet space --- I assumed it would be super expensive and complicated. I was interested in Valet because they have a beautiful showroom --- I visited unannounced and everyone was very friendly and helpful, did not pressure me. The price for what I wanted to do was very reasonable too, wish I had done it earlier. I worked with Shari Krandel as my design consultant and she was great. Listened to what I wanted, was very tactful explaining why some things might not work too well, and very helpful suggesting solutions to various wants and needs. Our installer was great too, he worked solo and got it done quickly and efficiently. At one point he realized something he had been given was wrong --- I figured everything would be delayed. But since Valet's factory is local he just called them and went and picked up what he needed --- was back in no time and finished the job. Really a delight --- even my husband (who was very wary about the project) could find nothing to complain about.
I definitely recommend Valet and Shari Krandel --- go check out their showroom, it's terrific and the people are friendly and very helpful.

Valet recently installed a major set of built-ins in our second bedroom/home office. The installation included a Murphy bed, computer desk space, lots of storage drawers and cabinets, and a neat pull-out table. The price was less than we planned and value was far higher than anticipated. The ordering was painless and the scheduling was done well in advance. The installation crew was on time and worked diligently for two days and left us with a perfect install and a clean an undamaged room. Gia has been such a great sales rep and designer for our project! She monitored everything and provided follow-up several times to ensure that we were happy with every detail. We were - and still are! We highly recommend Valet and are planning our next projects - the master bedroom and the laundry room. Thanks Gia!!
