We went to custom valet due to the good reviews on yelp and because all the other companies we had tried had come up with their own ideas of what we wanted or were outrageously expensive.
From the moment we walked into the showroom we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the in depth knowledge they had of their business. We worked with Mark Olson who was a delight. He listened to what we wanted, suggested good ideas of his own and came out to our house many times to ensure he got the design exactly right. After installation was complete we wanted another change and he was again totally understanding and made our tasks a reality quickly and efficiently
Finally the installation crew deserve a mention. They were polite, quiet, cleaned up each day and once again were a delight to work with.
I cant recommend Mark and Valet Custom highly enough. This was truly a great experience.

I was very happy with Valet. I had a hard time deciding to go ahead and let professionals make sense of my closet space --- I assumed it would be super expensive and complicated. I was interested in Valet because they have a beautiful showroom --- I visited unannounced and everyone was very friendly and helpful, did not pressure me. The price for what I wanted to do was very reasonable too, wish I had done it earlier. I worked with Shari Krandel as my design consultant and she was great. Listened to what I wanted, was very tactful explaining why some things might not work too well, and very helpful suggesting solutions to various wants and needs. Our installer was great too, he worked solo and got it done quickly and efficiently. At one point he realized something he had been given was wrong --- I figured everything would be delayed. But since Valet's factory is local he just called them and went and picked up what he needed --- was back in no time and finished the job. Really a delight --- even my husband (who was very wary about the project) could find nothing to complain about.
I definitely recommend Valet and Shari Krandel --- go check out their showroom, it's terrific and the people are friendly and very helpful.

Our new office space is perfect!
After visiting the Campbell showroom and working with Robert on design, installation went smoothly and quickly just 4 weeks later. Every staff member we worked with - from design, scheduling, installation, and accounting - was friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and professional - a real pleasure to work with.
The showroom had wonderful room-sized displays in a variety of price points - not just the high-end products - configured in a way to inspire the customer. Probably every cupboard, closet, shelf, desk, table, and bed that they offer was incorporated into at least one of the design rooms.
Three things impressed us in particular. (1) We especially appreciated Robert's 'soft sell' style. There was no pressure to upgrade our materials selections to more expensive styles. (2) During installation, we discovered that 2 cabinet vents had not been installed. The cabinet was returned to the shop immediately to correct the oversight and installation was completed the same day. (3) The installation crew kept their work area neat and left things super clean upon departure.
We would recommend Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets to anyone without reservation.

I had a great experience with Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets and highly recommend working with them. I really enjoyed collaborating with their designer, Karin. She took all of my ideas and suggestions and put together a beautiful built-in wall-to-wall dresser/shelving combination design including a built in mirror unit, matching under window bench-dresser and matching nightstand. The quality and precision of the materials and workmanship was beautiful. They provided realistic production schedules and arrived on site on time. The installers were courteous, skilled professionals, who left the install site as tidy as when they started. Valet Custom even accommodated and excelled in adding some specialty lighting and shelving additions that I asked for after the initial install. They were always a joy to work with and can create practically any type of bedroom, closet or home space you could imagine. I'm happy to give them the highest rating.

Valet installed a closet system into our master bedroom walk-in closet several years ago. We recently had an issue with the product and submitted a customer service request through their website. We exchanged several emails with the president of Valet, Larry, trying to resolve our issue. Larry offered to come to our house to look at our closet and discuss the issue further with us.
Larry made an appt with us and arrived as scheduled. He was great - very professional and took the time to talk to us about our options. He was honest and helped us understand the facts related to our issue.
At the end of our meeting we agreed on a path forward. Larry, and Valet, resolved our issue to our satisfaction. Our closet looks great and we will definitely return to Valet Closets in the future. Any time a company's top management puts this much effort into working directly with the customer, you can be sure this is a great company to do business with.
