We worked with Ward on different designs for our garages, custom closets, guest closet and laundry room. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he gave us some great ideas. We love our garage, even though there were some mix up on the scheduling and some issues with our utility sink cut-out, everything worked out in the end. All the installers were really nice and professional. I really like the contractor that they use for our epoxy floors, it looks amazing. We went to custom valet due to the good reviews on yelp and because all the other companies we had tried had come up with their own ideas of what we wanted or were outrageously expensive.
From the moment we walked into the showroom we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the in depth knowledge they had of their business. We worked with Mark Olson who was a delight. He listened to what we wanted, suggested good ideas of his own and came out to our house many times to ensure he got the design exactly right. After installation was complete we wanted another change and he was again totally understanding and made our tasks a reality quickly and efficiently
Finally the installation crew deserve a mention. They were polite, quiet, cleaned up each day and once again were a delight to work with.
I cant recommend Mark and Valet Custom highly enough. This was truly a great experience.
