We are so committed to the quality of both our product and installation that we offer a lifetime warranty on our materials and workmanship.

Valet Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Seller warrants its products supplied and installed to be in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranties as stated below:

• Organizers & Cabinetry: Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
• Lighting, Sliding Racks, and Other Accessory Components: One (1) year following installation.
• Wall Bed Frames and Mechanism: Manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.
• Mattresses: Manufacturer’s pro-rated warranty.
• Epoxy Flooring: Twenty (20) years on any issues determined to be related to the workmanship of the original installation. Five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty on materials. Defects to surface caused by construction, efflorescence or hydrostatic water issues not covered.
