FROM CONCEPT TO DESIGN
We listen, assess your needs, consult, and utilize our design expertise to create a solution just for you. One of our experienced designers will meet with you to discuss your project and gain a detailed understanding of your goals. With our professional CAD (computer aided design) program, your vision is then crafted into a design that maximizes your available storage space and beautifully complements your home. A typical job will include an in-home consultation followed by a secondary meeting in one of our showrooms to review designs. During this visit, you’ll finalize details and select decorative features and accessories. Our process helps you visualize exactly what will be installed in your home, and our showroom displays are filled with innovative product features to generate ideas.
REALIZATION OF YOUR DREAM
Congratulations! You have approved your design and proposal and your dream is nearing reality. Here’s what to expect next:
Our scheduling manager will be contacting you shortly to set up your installation date(s). You will receive an email confirmation together with a list of installation instructions.
We’ll complete the engineered drawings, and order specialty materials for your project.
Your project will be manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility right here in the Bay Area. We are not importing parts from elsewhere and have full control over the quality of our product. Additionally, we invest in the best available manufacturing equipment and have purchased a new CNC machine, Beam Saw and Edge Bander all since 2015. This allows us to produce a product with an unmatched level of precision and quality while also giving us the speed and productivity necessary to remain competitive in our marketplace.
Our installers are employees of the company and are insured and bonded. They will arrive at your home on the date of install and will lay down tarps in work areas, cover shoes when appropriate, and vacuum up their workspace when finished. Your custom designed, expertly crafted, and skillfully installed new storage solution is ready to simplify your life.

VALET LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Seller warrants its products supplied and installed to be in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranties as stated below:
Organizers & Cabinetry: Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
Lighting, Sliding Racks, and Other Accessory Components: One (1) year following installation.
Wall Bed Frames and Mechanism: Manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.
Mattresses: Manufacturer’s pro-rated warranty.
Epoxy Flooring: Twenty (20) years on any issues determined to be related to the workmanship of the original installation. Five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty on materials. Defects to surface caused by construction, efflorescence or hydrostatic water issues not covered.
