Morgan Hill Custom Closet is a Bucket List Item for Donna

Posted by Shari Krandel on Jan 29, 2018 6:11:34 PM

When I met Donna, she was ready to get started building her dream closet. She had come into the Campbell showroom of Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets after looking at reviews on Yelp with a longing to organize her belongings into a fun and unconventional space, and an admonition from her husband: “Build the closet of your dreams.”

Luxury Walk-in Closet Remodel Ideas Inspired by San Jose’s Silver Creek

Posted by Larry Fox on Jan 16, 2017 11:25:24 AM

If I were to move anywhere else in the Bay Area, I might just head for Silver Creek Valley in San Jose. The beautiful homes, safe environment, golf course, and country club bring comfort and luxury to the only gated community in Silicon Valley. This is a neighborhood where your children can visit a friend’s home by themselves, walk to school, and enjoy fantastic extracurricular activities. You’ve got everything your family needs within one major zipcode.

If you’re in need of some serious organization overhaul in your home after the holidays, you may want to consider revamping your master closet. We always enjoy creating deluxe custom closets for our Silver Creek clients, because they tend to want a beautiful and luxurious aesthetic to match their functional design. These homes are usually blessed with extensive closet space or additional spare bedrooms, so you’ve got a lot of potential to work with.

Custom Reach-In Closets Help Maximize Space in Your New South Fremont Condo

Posted by Larry Fox on Dec 19, 2016 10:18:35 AM

We’ve been waiting for it for months: the newest Bay Area Rapid Transit station at Warm Springs/South Fremont is in the final stages of testing and should be running passengers this month! No official opening date has been announced yet, but I know they’re getting agonizingly close. That means commuters can finally start looking into real estate in the South Fremont area, where new condos abound.

Being close to a BART station has the potential to significantly improve your life. You remove commuting hassle, get to work in a better state of mind, and reap the environmental benefits of using mass transit. What more could you want? There’s only one downside: if you’re eyeing one of those new condos, you might have to sacrifice living space.

Bay Area Families Use Custom Reach-In Closets To Reorganize and Donate This Season

Posted by Larry Fox on Dec 16, 2016 2:56:39 PM

It’s that time of year again, and the nights are getting colder in the Bay Area. It dips into to the low 40s in San Francisco, and even if you’re not cold, you know that some people out there are. All around us, there are people who don’t have enough blankets to snuggle up under or the right clothes to ward off the chills, who aren’t as fortunate as you or I may be. The holiday season makes us cinch up imaginary collars, and reflect on what we can do to help.

I see this all the time around the Bay Area, especially when I’m talking to people who want to redesign their reach-in closet. Their lives are full of clutter, and so many say, “What am I going to do with all this stuff once I get my closet organized?” A lot of the time—especially around the holidays—they decide to donate their extra clothes to those who need it most.

Custom Closets Organize Your New Walnut Creek Condo Your Way

Posted by Larry Fox on Nov 29, 2016 2:12:43 PM

Walnut Creek is one of my favorite towns in the whole Bay Area. It’s a cool little arts hub, with a history of being quirky and dancing to its own beat. People there love their art, and they also love their wine. I love the galleries and restaurants that populate the downtown scene. You can go there and feel for a little bit like nothing has changed around the area.

Custom Cabinetry Helps You Share Cupertino Closet Space with Your Spouse

Posted by Larry Fox on Nov 16, 2016 3:06:58 PM

Cupertino is one of my favorite Bay Area cities—probably because I’m partial to Eichler homes. There are 223 Eichlers in the area, and the city has strict guidelines for remodeling these houses to preserve what makes them so unique. While I love that these architectural gems will continue to be lived in for generations, I also know that closet space in the 60s doesn’t quite correspond with what today’s average family needs.
